Customer Service Representative Supply Chain


  • CSR Supply Chain who speaks English + another Language (Spanish, French, Italian)
  • Work closely with different stakeholders and clients


  • Keep track of all orders and inform the associated customers about the current status of the orders. In addition, you also try to meet all expectations that are asked by the customer
  • You are the first point of contact for all customers with regard to all questions about orders, statuses and product forms
  • Direct collaboration with Supply Chain Planners, S&OP planners and asset planners
  • Coordination of the entire supply chain process
  • Responsible for all administrative processing and the preparation of supply chain orders
  • Actively working on process improvements by sharing best practices with other offices and colleagues
  • Participate in internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations


  • You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B position within the Supply chain or Logistics as CSR
  • You have experience within an international environment
  • Excellent knowledge the Dutch and an additional language (German, Spanish, French or Italian)
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS office package (especially Excel)
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • You have good communication skills and you are also analytical and solution-oriented


The client is an international based company in the region of Rotterdam. For this position you will need to have former experience within the field of Supply Chain as Customer Service Employee. They are relocated in 25 countries all around the world and they want to increase the market in the Netherlands.

It concerns a fulltime position and a contract directly in service of the client.
